   I think we should write some kind of FAQ/guide on how to join so that can   
   be posted overtime.   
      
   I think it should have some stuff like   
      
   1) what are newsgroups   
   2) why to use them   
   3) Free news Servers and how to join (eternal september)   
   4) free software to join discussion (i.e. for Windows Pan, fortè agent ecc   
   making a list for most OSes)   
      
   what else? Any suggestions are welcome, as well mockups.
