This is a new record for a board being started and someone trying to
   make an e-constitution.

The internet is a tool, virtual communities are substantial as long as
they are useful to actual communities, e-activism is a pointless
exercise for people who don't have anything useful to do in real life.

This newsgroup is infinitely more useful as a board for actual
discussion of tech rather than a circle-jerk of no-lifers playing politics.
