   There is a phrase, AI winter, that describes what happens when the   
   technology oversells, fails to meet expectations, and is put back on the   
   shelf. I think there have been 5 winters so far if you start with the   
   Perceptron but the hype never reached the extremes where it drove the   
   economy. Invest in some warm clothing; winter is coming.
