   That's a good enough reason to make this a general thread.   
      
   I currently only see the one thread in boards.4chan.org/g/usenet (which   
   redirects to boards.4chan.org/g/catalog#s=usenet).   
      
   /usenet/ is simply a search tag in this example. Because the author   
   included it in the body of the OP it shows up in the search.   
      
   It would be good to include at least one major tag in the subject if this   
   is intended to be a recurring thread every time bump limit is reached.
