   That's where you might be wrong; it's the understanding of how it   
   "works" that's fading; debugging punched cards required a tactile   
   understanding of code that is hard to replicate in 2025.   
      
   Doing the job with what you have is a skill that is sorely lacking in   
   this day and age ... far superior to 1000's of vibe coders working out   
   how to embed their chosen flavor of bloated spyware to "monetize the   
   micro transactions".   
      
   Shit, Col, share a killer story about a dropped box of cards that needed   
   to be re-sorted under pressure before you lost your slot on a main frame
