   I always liked surfing the old web because of its restrictions, it had   
   to be simple to be compatible. Most of my friends that are/were web   
   developers despise frontend at the point that they refuse to not vibe   
   code it or quit their jobs to be data analysts. I went to embeed to   
   avoid it but end up in teams with managers that used to be web devs and   
   want you to use the design pattern of the week instead of squeezing   
   performance out of the damn potato.
