   Forgive for my lack of understanding of the protocol, since I did not   
   study it much, but isn't the biggest hurdle right now Peering?   
      
   If, hypothetically, one of us went through all the trouble of hosting   
   and properly securing a usenet group, the issue would still be to give   
   others access and propagating the group, which is only possible through   
   commercial and private entities.   
   Correct?
