   I think Google killed their feed reader more than a decade ago, but many   
   websites still support RSS.  Most often sites will support RSS as   
   default behaviour for e.g. wordpress without the webmaster even knowing.   
      
   Definitely worth using RSS so you're simply told when there's new   
   content instead of impulsively searching for something to read.  It's   
   like shopping knowing exactly what you want to buy instead of looking   
   for shiny new things you never actually wanted.
