   It is an idea. Because of the European history of, and love for,   
   Kings, they've always been biased towards such forms of government.   
   There's Saudi Arabia and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, two kingdoms   
   that are actually named after their ruling families. The rest of the   
   Arab world are also dictatorships, with many leaning towards creating   
   kingdoms. Syria, Egypt and Libya are only three examples of hereditary   
   leadership in countries that are acting as kingdoms.   
      
   Maybe if israel became a kingdom the Europeans would not whine when we   
   defend ourselves against the violent kingdoms around us.
