That's funny. All of the bureaucrats I know complain about
all the usual crap that goes with the territory, including
incompetent bosses and co-workers - the *vast majority*
of which are white. Color has nothing to do with it.

So NATCA is in league with FAA management? That's funny,
they don't seem to pull their punches in any of their
statements and materials documenting the many problems at
FAA. If they've even whispered a veiled reference to the
issue of "blacks and women in FAA" then I must have missed
it. Ditto for PASS.

Since you snipped this part to make room for your rant, I'll
repeat it to put that into perspective:

Poor safety, yes. That's a product of many things, but your
