   Figgy?  Forgive us if we don't always trust your sources.   
      
   2. What was the outcome?  Was anything acually implemented   
   to change hiring standards or was this just a standard   
   bureaucratic thumb-sucking exersise in navel gazing?  From   
   the language - "explore," "solicit input," "determine" -   
   that's about all you've documented here.   
      
   You apparently have learned, glasshoppah, not to lead with   
   your overt racist invectives, but that is hardly enough to   
   fool us.
