   New Delhi - The CPI(M) has urged Chairperson of Rajya   
   Sabha and Speakers of Parliament and State legislatures   
   to allow  MPs and MLAs to donate money to Jammu & Kashmir   
   flood relief funds from the MPLAD funds. The party asked   
   the presiding authorities of Legislatures to set norms on   
   this regard, allowing MPs and MLAs to contribute to the   
   unprecedented calamity.
