   Latest report from hurricane-investigation plane now   
   puts the winds at 130mph, into cat-4 range.   
      
   Looks like it will come in a little more to the east   
   of Tallahassee than predicted yesterday, but that may   
   not be much of a help because the storm/eye/windfield   
   is so large.   
      
   Hmm ... WHY do SO many of the things always   
   arrive AT NIGHT ?  :-)   
      
   Florida gets the surge and wind - but for Georgia   
   especially the thing is a giant RAIN BOMB, likely   
   to plop a foot of rain all the way up into Atalanta,   
   which was already flooding the past few days from   
   an ordinary weather front.
