   Weather Channel :   
      
   The big wide hurricane has now apparently put   
   out the lights for over a MILLION people, and   
   it's only JUST making landfall.   
      
   It is now moving swiftly into Georgia, so   
   expect a lot MORE outages, not counting all   
   the flooding. First victim north, Valdosta Ga.   
      
   The sorta-good news is that the main eye-wall   
   SEEMS to have JUST missed Tallahassee metro.   
   SO many trees in that town. However there are   
   a lot of 'little' bedroom towns just to the   
   east of there. Nice little places (previously)   
      
   Note that 'rural' areas may actually have a   
   rather large pop - just not all bunched-   
   together like in a big city. This means   
   a HUGE area to fix in case of disaster.   
      
   Perry Fla ... HAD been in the eye, all was   
   calm, NOW winds are coming up again from   
   a different direction.
