   decidedly hurricane+ strength. This is a   
   fairly large city.   
      
   However the real RAIN BOMB is still headed   
   towards Atlanta - which is ALREADY flooded.   
      
   Known : power outages for OVER a million in   
   Florida already.   
      
   The night is hiding all the other damage.
