   Really, then maybe you should tell that to Davod Cash. Or better yet, tell   
   it to Sherrice Iverson.  She was the 7-year-old that was raped and killed   
   in a bathroom in a casino in Las Vegas.  David Cash watched the rapist take   
   her into the bathroom stall and did nothing to stop him or to notify   
   police.  But he couldn't be charged with a crime because he didn't DO   
   anything illegal.  Knowing about a crime is not illegal.  If a cop asks you   
   and you say "I don't know anything about it", that is obstructing justice,   
   but just knowing that it happened and doing nothing is ... well, nothing.
