   Give me a fucking break!  A 12 year old isn't a "child" and you know it.   
   Twelve year olds are being charged as adults for crimes; they know what   
   they are doing.  Twelve year olds make decisions about sex every day; the   
   difference is that you don't hear about them.  You just need to grow up and   
   give up your "children are sexless angels" idea.  And my daughter is doing   
   very well, in the top 25% of her class, and makes her own decisions about   
   sex.
