   The US is just now entering the Dark Ages.  Ignorant people who   
   are so confident of their own moral superiority that they can't   
   envision any punishment but death for what they don't approve are   
   creating policy and trying to drum up support for their agenda.   
      
   The only difference is that the current crop of moralists are   
   hypocrits.
