   After years of careful research and development, the manufacturers of   
   the famous "9-12f GrooveStrap" proudly present:   
      
   The 9-12f Electric Wire!   
      
   The 9-12f Electric Wire, like the GrooveStrap, is made of the finest   
   natural and synthetic materials. If properly employed it should provide   
   years of disciplinary use and pleasure. This document will serve as   
   combination warranty, directions for use, and contract. Please read it   
   carefully.   
      
   The 9-12f Electric Wire is designed for use only on a 9 to 12 year old   
   preteen girl in the context of a legal, heterosexual, marital   
   relationship (special application may be made for use on an 8-year-old   
   girl). Naturally, owing to the differences in age-of-consent and   
   marriage laws, this restricts the areas of the world in which it may be   
   properly used. That is why the 9-12f Electric Wire is manufactured in   
   ******, and can be shipped only to *****, *****, and *****.   
      
   NOTE: Use of the 9-12f Electric Wire in a manner not allowed by this   
   contract will void the warranty and may result in civil and criminal   
   penalties. If credible evidence is received that indicates such usage   
   has occurred, the manufacturer of the Electric Wire will initiate   
   contact with the proper authorities and cooperate fully in any   
   investigation.   
      
   The 9-12f Electric Wire is carefully calibrated for use on a preteen   
   girl. While use of the 9-12f Electric Wire on a teenager is not   
   prohibited by contract, unless it is a young teen with little or no   
   pubic hair, the manufacturer recommends using the "T" model Electric   
   Wire, which utilizes a higher current and a thinner wire, resulting in a   
   more intense punishment.Directions for Use: The 9-12f Electric Wire   
   consists of a rheostat system, two adjustable stands connected by both   
   an adjustable base and a length of wire specially chosen for its gauge   
   and conductive properties, and two switches which will be described   
   further below. It runs on standard house current, and employs a   
   triple-safe system to prevent accidental electrical discharge.Set-Up:   
   Position the stands far enough apart to keep the wire at medium tension.   
   The two switches are secured on either side of the base, midway along   
   the wire. The preteen girl should be given a full introduction to the   
   operation of the instrument before being made to stand straddling the   
   wire, with her heels resting with normal weight on each of the switches.   
   When the switches are depressed in this manner, the flow of current   
   through the wire is cut off.   
      
   Now raise the height of each stand until the wire presses firmly into   
   the preteen girl's clitoris, vulva, and anus. When sufficient tension is   
   applied, this should cause the girl to raise up on her toes to relieve   
   the pressure of the wire upon her intimate parts. This allows the   
   current to flow through the wire, which is now so firmly applied to her   
   cleft and anus. If the preteen has been properly instructed, after a few   
   moments of this, she will press her heels back down against the switches   
   so as to cut off the current. If the tension of the wire has been   
   properly adjusted, this should cause the wire to "cut in" to her   
   tenderness sufficiently firmly that she will soon choose to raise up   
   again on her toes, thus coming full circle in her punishment.   
      
   When used on most preteen girls, this should result in a fetching   
   display, as she bounces up and down on the wire, tiptoe to flatfoot and   
   back again. Naturally many operators may choose to supplement the   
   punishment with judicious use of the switch, crop, or belt, on her   
   thighs, bottom, or little breasts, as she bounces up and down(the 9-12f   
   GrooveStrap is, unfortunately, not suited to this function, being   
   designed for use directly on the preteen girl's anus, vulva, and clitoris).   
      
   NOTE: The gauge of the wire and the function of the rheostat have been   
   carefully selected so as to render it very difficult to apply enough   
   pressure or current to damage the skin of a preteen girl. Any attempt,   
   such as tampering with the rheostat or the wire, to thwart this design   
   so as to produce damage, will void the warranty and render the user   
   liable to the penaltiesdescribed above. Mr ****, a satisfied customer   
   from ****, has graciously allowed us to reprint his letter to us by way   
   of testimony:   
      
   "I recently purchased the 9-12f Electric Wire, and thought I'd describe   
   to you how well it worked. I have a preteen girl, about 10 years old.   
   She is a pretty little thing, very slender and somber, except when she   
   lights up the room with one of her rare smiles. I found her on the   
   streets of **** in **** a few years ago, having been recently abandoned.   
   She was unsure of her own birthday, so we don't know exactly how old she   
   is. Fortunately she had suffered nothing worse than malnutrition. After   
   the appropriate bribes, etc, I succeeded in adopting her despite being a   
   single male. I then moved to **** with her so that, again after   
   sufficient inducements were offered to the applicable officials, I was   
   able to marry her legally, so that I could cherish her, care for her,   
   teach her, and punish her properly.   
      
   I began her punishment by tossing up her skirt (I do not allow her to
