       Seb had been in deep hiding for almost two years, so much so he didn't   
   have access to TV, radio, newspapers or a computer.  As far as he was   
   concerned the police were still hunting him because of the sex related   
   crimes he had committed on children.  He had been charged with Sex with   
   minors on four accounts (all under twelve years old), Lewd conduct in   
   public and the possession of a vast amount of child pornography on his   
   computer and on DVDs and videos.  So it was with great interest to Seb when   
   he came across a newspaper that was almost a year old when he read the   
   article on the front page.  It almost made him faint.  It was headed:   
      
       Paedophile sex laws repealed   
      
       In landmark decisions both in the USA and across Europe it was suddenly   
   decided to relax and decriminalize virtually all of the existing laws   
   relating to paedophilia and child pornography.  Authorities in all   
   countries agreed that police time was better spent in tackling the   
   worsening problems with drug related crime and they also agreed that in the   
   interest of personal freedom these laws had gone too far.  It was true that   
   more children were either killed or maimed due to motor car accidents in   
   one week than any harm had ever come to children because of paedophile   
   activity.  For that reason the governments have announced a new set of   
   strict laws relating to speeding motorists and the tracking down of drug   
   barrens who are causing devastation to all societies on earth.  There has   
   been a virtual witch hunt over the past few years regarding paedophiles and   
   now that all looks to be over.  Paedophiles in prison are to be released   
   within the next few weeks and the Internet is set to be deregulated and   
   allowed to operate with complete freedom and autonomy.  It is thought that   
   paedophile websites will flourish within weeks.  A spokesperson for the   
   government said 'if there really is a big market for this type of   
   pornography out there then who are we to pass judgment on human nature and   
   what is considered normal or not' Secret government surveys carried out   
   revealed a very high percentage of men actually supported deregulation of   
   paedophilia and child pornograhy.  Amongst other surprising changes in the   
   sex laws it was decided to virtually abolish the age of consent for sexual   
   intercourse, putting in its place instead rules stating that a parents   
   consent was the only consideration for any sort of sexual activity to take   
   place.  The laws almost seemed to give the green light to a sexual   
   revolution but were greeted with dismay by religious groups.  Ian Baldock   
   who was jailed in 1999 for running the largest child pornography website on   
   the Internet said 'this is a massive victory for freedom and common sense.   
   There are men who find older women sexually attractive and there is never   
   harassment of them so why should men who prefer much younger human beings   
   be singled out.  There are a lot of men (and women) in this world who have   
   been deprived of the enjoyment of seeing children as they can truly be   
   seen. A little girl is a beautiful, wonderful bundle of treasure and now we   
   can begin to enjoy those treasures.  They really are made up of 'sugar and   
   spice and all things nice' Ian Baldock said that he was eventually planning   
   on remaking the famous Stanley Kubrick film 'Lolita'.  He said 'it will be   
   a true love story between a man in his forties and a beautiful twelve year   
   old girl.  Unlike the original versions I will be showing very detailed and   
   close-up love and sex scenes including the actual deflowering of Lolita,   
   cunnillingus, fellatio and anal sex.  Nothing will be censored and the sex   
   scenes will all be for real'.  Also in the announcement, crimes relating to   
   abduction and rape were to remain but rape excluding violence would be a   
   far lesser crime.  It was considered that in a lot of rape cases girls and   
   women deliberately dressed in such a provocative manner that they virtually   
   invited a sexual advance and it was also realized that most women actually   
   fantasize about rape and do in reality subconsciously invite it.   
      
       Seb was astounded and his heart beat fast with joy and excitement.  It   
   took him almost a week to organize himself and get back home.  The house   
   was a mess so the first thing he did was arrange for a cleaner, meanwhile   
   he rang the police and explained who he was.  They just said 'oh yes Mr   
   Baldock, because of such a drastic and fundamental change in the law   
   relating to child pornography and so called indecency almost a year ago we   
   have closed this file and you are a free man.  It really was incredibly and   
   blissfully true.  His dream had been realized and paedophilia was legal.   
   Whilst the cleaner was cleaning his house Seb went to the local IT shop and   
   bought a new high spec computer and asked for it to be delivered later that   
   day.  Meanwhile he decided to visit the local sex shop to see what had   
   changed and what was now in stock.  He could hardly believe what he saw,   
   there was a whole section in the sex shop devoted to Lolita sex and child   
   pornography.  The selection wasn't great but naked preteen girls appeared   
   even on the front cover of some magazines, there were magazines called   
   'Barbie Sex', 'Little ones' and 'preteen love'.  There were a selection of   
   blow-up sex dolls of girls and boys of all ages.  Seb bought a selection of   
   magazines and three DVDs.  Chatting to the guy behind the counter he told   
   Seb that more than 75% of his sales are for child sex, he just can't sell   
   enough.  But there wasn't any quality material around and he did say that a   
   lot of guys were asking him for rape films, bondage and spanking but that   
   was still illegal then he said in a whisper and with a wink that it was   
   fairly easy to find it on the Internet!  Seb got home and his house was   
   nice and clean, she had done a good job.  He scanned through the magazines   
   and found them very arousing but there was no story or lead in to the juicy   
   bits.  It was the same with the DVDs, it was just a naked bloke having sex   
   with a young girl.  He wanted to see everything, he wanted to see her fully   
   dressed and looking like a little girl, a schoolgirl.  He wanted to see her   
   being seduced and fondled and kissed; he wanted to see her being led to a   
   bedroom and to watch her being undressed; he wanted to see her little girl   
   panties being pulled down and to see him pulling out a hard erection; he   
   wanted to see him struggle to penetrate her and to fuck her not missing a   
   single stroke and he wanted him to cum inside her.  Properly.  If this was   
   the best on offer there was a big opening in the market and he knew how to
