   Some wag made a really funny comment back in the mid 1990s when the   
   Washington Bullets of the NBA renamed themselves the Wizards.  It went   
   something like:  "The Washington Bullets are going to rename themselves   
   because their name is too closely linked with violence.  So, from now on,   
   they're simply going to be known as the Bullets."
