   Isaiah Metz, 22, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was taken into   
   custody in Yonkers on Tuesday evening before being transferred   
   to Manhattan   
      
   The NYPD was hunting him after he reportedly bit and punched   
   officers inside a Manhattan homeless shelter around 4.30am on   
   Tuesday   
      
   Police received a tip that Metz - who is wanted in Pennsylvania   
   on 115 sex-related charges - was at the homeless shelter on   
   early Tuesday and went to arrest him   
      
   The 22-year-old is accused of raping four-year-old twins he   
   lived with after being adopted into a foster family in   
   Harrisburg, Pennsylvania   
      
   He was reportedly watching one of the twins while the other was   
   at a doctor's appointment when he assaulted her on a recliner in   
   July   
      
   The family said the girl was more emotional when they returned   
   and later told them her vagina hurt   
      
   A DNA test was conducted from a sample taken from her underwear   
   and investigators said they could not rule out Metz   
      
   Pictures and video were later discovered on his phone showing   
   him assaulting both twins, according to the National Center of   
   Missing and Exploited Children
