   DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — One man is dead and three others are   
   injured after a shooting inside a restaurant at the South DeKalb   
   Mall.   
      
   Police say they responded to Fletchers at the mall just before   
   11:30 p.m. Friday night.   
      
   When they arrived four men had been shot. All of them were taken   
   to area hospitals in serious to critical condition. One of the   
   victims died from his injuries on Saturday morning. The other   
   three victims are expected to recover.   
      
   The victim killed in the shooting has been identified as 48-year-   
   old Daletavious McGuire.   
      
   Investigators say the incident started as an argument over a   
   woman, which then escalated into gunfire.   
      
   Police told Channel 2's Justin Carter they believe a customer   
   was intoxicated when he got into an argument with either another   
   customer or employee and began shooting.   
      
   Police say they have several leads, but have not yet made any   
   arrests.
