   A Pennsylvania man pleaded guilty to raping a child and other   
   crimes after prosecutors said he had filmed 11 different videos   
   of himself raping a 6-year-old boy.   
      
   Investigators said William Byers Augusta, 20, live-streamed at   
   least one of the rapes and arranged for a meeting with an HIV   
   positive man in which both of them sexually assaulted the child   
   at the man’s Harrisburg home, PennLive reported.   
      
   Byers Augusta pleaded guilty Tuesday to 11 counts of raping a   
   child and a slew of other charges. The rap includes aggravated   
   indecent assault of a child, aggravated assault, possession of   
   child pornography and criminal conspiracy to commit rape of a   
   child.   
      
   Cumberland County Senior Assistant District Attorney Nathan Boob   
   described Byers Augusta’s horrific acts in detail during the   
   hearing, according to the news outlet.   
      
   Boob said Canadian authorities intercepted the online broadcast   
   of one of the rapes in July 2015 and alerted both federal   
   authorities and police in North Middleton Township, 25 miles   
   west of Harrisburg.   
      
   Investigators traced the broadcast to Byers Augusta’s home and   
   immediately secured a warrant. He was arrested July 23.   
      
   The videos uncovered on Byers Augusta’s electronic devices   
   included one of him kicking the boy in the stomach, hitting him   
   in the face, choking him and making him perform oral sex,   
   according to Boob.   
      
   Byers Augusta forced the boy to perform oral sex while naked   
   with his hands tied behind his back in another video, Boob said.   
   His laptop and other devices also contained 50 child porn   
   images, according to investigators.   
      
   Prosecutors said Byers Augusta knew another depraved pedaphile   
   named Ira Task, 62, through internet chat rooms. Investigators   
   said they negotiated a sickening rendezvous on Skype then   
   violated the boy at the same time at Task’s home with Byers   
   Augusta filming.   
      
   Task has known he is HIV positive since 1994 and he didn’t wear   
   a condom during the rape, according to prosecutors. He received   
   a sentence of 17 ½ to 40 years in June after pleading guilty to   
   rape of a child, conspiracy to commit rape of a child and other   
   charges.   
      
   Both he and Byers Augusta face additional charges in a pending   
   federal case, according to PennLive. A judge scheduled Byers   
   Augusta’s sentencing in the Cumberland County case for January.
