XPost: ne.motss, alt.lesbian, nf.paddling       From: rectum-lickers@glaad.org              Micheal Johnson, 22, a student at Lindenwood University, who is       HIV positive, has been jailed for filming himself having       unprotected sex with numerous men and infecting them with the       virus, says ABC News.              Investigators believe he could have knowingly infected more than       30 people with HIV since October 2014.              Johnson was diagnosed by the Missouri Department of Health with       HIV on January 7, 2013. The day after he received his status, he       began having unprotected sex with various partners in campus.              Police found 32 home made sex videos on Johnson's laptop and       each clip showed him with a different sexual partner. Most of       the videos were recorded in his hostel room.              Police believe Michael’s partners did not know his HIV status,       nor did they know they were being filmed during sex.              He was found guilty on Thursday, May 14, 2015 on one count of       recklessly infecting a person with HIV, another of attempting to       recklessly infect a person with HIV and three counts of       recklessly exposing partners to HIV.              During his trial, one of his ex-partners, Dylan King Lemon, who       reported Johnson's crimes and sex tapes to the police, testified       against him in court saying they had unprotected sex during       relationship and believes he contracted the virus from the       college student.              Missouri state law demands people who are diagnosed with HIV to       disclose their status to their partners, regardless if they use       protection or take medication. .              Only six of Johnson’s ex partners came forward to charge him       with knowingly infecting them with HIV.              Johnson was sentenced to at least 30 years in prison and may       serve up to 60 years after being convicted on all the five       counts.              His official sentencing will be determined on July 13, 2015.              https://www.sde.co.ke/article/2000162537/homosexual-hiv-student-       jailed-for-at-least-30-years-for-infecting-32-partners-with-virus                      --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
