   taliban etc etc, big deal, the taliban used to be the mujahideen remember,   
   the same dudes the US turned 'into' the taliban in order to harass the   
   russians with when 'they' occupied afghanistan, the same crew who then   
   became hostile when the west reneged on all their big promises to them   
   once the russians pissed off... ultimately though, the taliban is our boy,   
   we created them, and, in all likelihood, still have our spies amongst them   
   in high positions, probably even running the damn show lol...   
      
   the 'real' problem here, being your continuing 'belief' in the repubs (or   
   the right wing then) to provide any solutions, which, when ya examine it,   
   is nada else but 'nationalism', the exact same shit that hitler grew big   
   on by promising to make 'germany' great again, iow: pure fascism!!!   
      
   and methinks we ALL know where THAT shit leads to huh: world war for   
   example ffs!   
      
   fuck that, we're far safer under the left, who may indeed dither and   
   become bogged down in red tape etc etc because they like to talk first and
