   Be very careful.  Here in Australia professionals have successfully   
   sued under defamation laws for this type of comment.  You have no   
   evidence.  Therefore, you are toast if someone bothers (unlikely) to   
   take you to task, litigiously speaking.   
      
   Your defence on the other hand should be (I'll invoice you later):

   this comment, hardly constituting therefore "public harm to his
