   in the blink of a cosmic eye in that sense & scale, the tragic part being   
   that most people would likely reach our human maximum if only given long

   as it is, there's a mad scramble to get all our shit together in only a   
   quarter of the time required to reach that max more naturally, so not   
   everyone's gonna be able to make it...   
      
   and that digs at my heart-strings somewhat, is all, at such a terrible   
   waste? (some of those people are lovely!)   
      
   the equivalent of turtles having to lay say around 200 eggs just to make   
   sure at least one or 2 of their offspring survive to repeat the cycle, 198   
   to 1 representing the forces of adversity arrayed against it ever   
   happening and so nature creeps just over those odds in order to minimally   
   succeed (which is mind blowing in some ways huh, coz the same crazy odds   
   prolly applies to us humans as well just reaching our max kinda thing,   
   facts of life shit...)

   ### - been having some good priced single wins recently (14's/1 and 25/1 +   
   others) even a couple of decent doubles of several 100 to 1, but alas no   
   trebles of late (my minimum payout-line) so it's all been kind of bit   
   boring coz of that (a treble = 3-up on the same bet and is the minimum   
   worth having in that sense, it's like reaching the 3rd floor... 4-up (the   
   4th floor) is something really quite notable and usually pays well, and   
   you'll certainly notice the difference! whereas 5-up is like genius-level   
   haha if'n ya see what i mean; if ya pick 5 horses and all 5 win ya might   
   never have to bet again if'n the odds are good enough, and although it's   
   actually asking a lot to win maybe a 200,000/1 shot like that it's still   
   vastly more attainable than backing the lottery with odds of nearly half a   
   billion to 1 ;)
