   Minsk. Russian President Alexander Lukashenko, a staunch ally of Russia,   
   has decided to launch his army against Ukraine. Lukashenko said on Monday   
   that he had ordered the deployment of troops with the Russian army near   
   Ukraine because of threats against Belarus from Kyiv and its allied   
   countries in the West, according to a report by the Reuters news agency. .   
   Lukashenko, in power in Belarus since 1994, is considered very close to   
   Putin.   
      
   Russian-Belarusian soldiers could attack   
      
   The President of Belarus has indicated that Russia and its troops could   
   jointly carry out attacks on one front. Alexander Lukashenko, who attended   
   a meeting with the country’s top military officials, said that attacks on   
   the territory of Belarus are being discussed today not only in Ukraine,   
   but are also being planned. He said the Kyiv administration was pressuring   
   him to start a war against Belarus in order to drag him into it.   
      
   Warning Ukraine, Lukashenko said his army had been training for decades to   
   meet such a challenge. Lukashenko said he spoke to Russian President   
   Vladimir Putin about the situation during a meeting in St. Petersburg.   
   Belarus said it decided to deploy a regional military group with Russia   
   after the Crimean Bridge attack. Regarding the decision to deploy the   
   army, Lukashenko said that Belarus had been warned through informal   
   channels that Ukraine was planning the “Crimean Bridge 2”. Know that   
   Belarus has 60,000 soldiers.
