   teeth? fucking things, why couldn't we have had teeth like sharks do? not   
   sharp or pointy so much as on a conveyor belt so when one falls out it's   
   replaced by another from the back, for a whole lifetime!   
      
   human teeth, however, are clearly not designed to last much beyond age 50   
   or 60, and only last 'that' long because we patch them up/have implants   
   etc, duh...   
      
   did see some recent research though re the possibility of using stem cells   
   to grow replacement teeth, effectively a third set that would grow-in   
   naturally wherever needed, just remove the old/broken one, implant the   
   stem cells, and 3 months later tada ya gots a brand new tooth identical to   
   the old one!   
      
   of course, they'll prolly charge ya 10-times as much for one of those   
   implants lol, at least until such treatments became standard practice,   
   meanwhile big filling, crowns and root canal work would all become a thing
