   Psychiatry has saved many lives.  It's a specialty within general   
   medical practice and is far more effective than psychology or social   
   engineering.  You for instance seem to be afflicted with an imbalance   
   in the chemicals which govern mood in the frontal parts of your brain.   
   Psychiatry treats chemical imbalances with dosages of chemicals which   
   correct the imbalances.  Psychiatry works.   
      
   Those who are insane rarely recognise their insanity.  On the other   
   hand, a person who thinks he or she is mad, is rarely actually mad.
