   Hitler had his "Night of the Long Knives" when he despatched his   
   numerous enemies, real and imagined, including such good comrades as   
   Rohm & his cohort.  Trump will also have his night of the long knives,   
   he and his buddies are already naming those who are going to go down,   
   deep deep down, when he takes the reins.
