   ### - smile, received an email today informing me that it's time to   
   request a new prescription :)   
      
   instructions are to make the request on the patient portal, select the   
   items required and submit it to the pharmacy... (my first auto-repeat   
   prescription done)   
      
   an email subsequently confirmed my request, and the portal informs me that   
   if/when approved in around 3 or 4 days i'll be contacted by the pharmacy   
   to make payment, delivery being by 1pm the following day via special   
   delivery once payment is made and if ordered before 3.30pm, else it goes   
   to the next day (this next-day postal service usually costs £9.00 but is   
   free/included with the £10 per month subscription)   
      
   if you want proof of this thang, you have enough knowledge to create a   
   spoof/temporary facebook account and to message me for some pics of all of   
   the above + my 2 previous scripts, one for 30g and the other for 40g, each   
   one listing the strains & amounts prescribed...   
      
   and then am gonna enjoy your very heart-felt public apology for being such   
   a doubting thomas :)   
      
   your problem THEN being: if i told the complete truth about the above (and   
   indeed i have) then WHAT ELSE might i have 'equally' spoken the truth   
   about that you've doubted?   
      
   some of it? most of it?? ALL of it???   
      
   both yours (and jeremy's) greatest FEAR being that i actually got   
   everything right!!!   
      
   am betting, however, that you're not not big enough to admit making such a   
   'huge' mistake, and that even WITH proof you'll write it off and just go   
   back to disbelieving everything i say again haha, you did that with the   
   subject of nicotine and you'll likely do exactly the same with the above   
   AND anything else...   
      
   this basically meaning that all your clamoring demands for proofs and   
   whatever was completely disingenuous anyway, jeremy being exactly the   
   same! him accusing everyone else of being wrong when HE'S the one infested   
   with making errors all along lol...   
      
   the boot's on the other foot now sport, either contact me for the pics or   
   feck off

   but you'll surely refuse/make an excuse, it all depends on how valuable   
   the truth is to you or not huh, and i don't think you value it at all...
