   Hey, that's interesting.  Backbiting and slander are have been described   
   as comparable to eating the flesh of a dead person, in the quran.   
      
   I think there may be some deep rooted archetypal imagery in your dream.   
      
   Eating his heart, seems like a proper revenge for you (in an imaginary   
   dream world) to what he has done to you.  No wonder it tasted so good,   
   ... that might be your mind saying its ok for you to go ahead and do   
   that (or feel that.)   
      
   I think it seems that you should clear up the lies he spoke about you   
   and/or take him to task for what he said about you.  Confront him, get   
   him to respond to your accusations, the process might be good for you.   
   You would be justified if you are the victim of his lies, and not the   
   other way around.
