This post may contain a virus,

I have no way of knowing if it does.

   All Memorex 256MB Flash Drives

The computer store had none available so I purchased

PNY Technologies USB 2.0 Flash Drive

The sales lady said that they were about the same thing.

My question is, "Is that true? Yes, I purchased one because the crippled
man that explained the $899.00 Sony wireless High Speed Internet to me had
one. I thought that the item was nice to have because the non-salesman had
one where he had placed all his software downloads and virus fixes on it.

All I wanted was a clean machine that I could email friend and
family with. Well, that $900 purchase is now up to $1700 in 2 day, and I
still don't have the Sony registered.

Sniff, sniff, first, I turned the Sony on and the registration flashed. I
have noticed that many things will be done, explaining what you have to do
when you are totally unable to do. I couldn't see a registration for the
new Sony; I wasn't hooked up to the Internet. The next screen said to hook
up to the Internet. All I had to do was give 2 magic numbers, of which I
did not know. Therefore I had to call Comcast. For those that do not know
that Comcast is AOL/Time Warner's competition. I called, and called, and
all I got was a busy signal. So I jumped inside the car and drove to
Clarkston. Yes, it was quicker to speak with a-real-person than wait for a
   telephone-real-person.

The Comcast lady knew one of my connecting numbers, but I had to
call the Internet experts. I drove home to call Comcast again. Finally, I
spoke with a real person, and I had to call Linksys, that is what the US
Congress Lawmakers have done. Because of the trade laws, I had to speak
with a non-English speaking lady for an hour. One example would be
   S-E-R-V-I-C-E-.-C-O-M.

I'll go right to the point, the sharp edge of it all. I believe
that when the new Sony computer goes thought Linksys Router, it appears as a
   double-click High Alert Spyware.

Then the all-ready-installed Windows XP, acrobat reader 7.0 has another High
Alert Spyware. The Sony box had NO Windows XP back-up disk. I'm now into
the big bucks arena. In order to return my Windows XP back to the way Bill
Gates had it (Hopefully a serial numbered Windows XP will identify that), I
have to have the computer store check for operator damage. Meaning what did
   I do to this machine?

So if I want a licensed Window XP backup, I have to contact
Sony. They will send me the licensed back up Window XP with the official
   Bill Gates signature.

    Now I have 2 questions.

   1. Why didn't Sony place a Window XP back up software disc inside the
purchased box when they placed the AOL software disc?

   2. Are the 2 items All Memorex 256MB Flash Drives and PNY Technologies
USB 2.0 Flash Drive the same type of items?

   All Memorex 256MB Flash Drives

The computer store had none available so I purchased

PNY Technologies USB 2.0 Flash Drive

The sales lady said that they were about the same thing.
