   Polar reversal?  2046???  I would most definitely NOT say that.   
      
   First I'd ask you if your dream was clear and vivid.  Then I'd ask if you   
   have such dreams on a regular basis.  I'd want to know if your are a   
   reasonably level-headed kind of person---not an air-head.  I don't actually   
   want to know which you are, this being the internet and all...   
      
   But presuming the above are true and that you are level-headed, I'd say   
   your dream refers to a revelation---meant to be personal or public, I'm not   
   entirely sure, but now it's public anyway...   
      
   Then the "other world," as I understand it, is this world in the future,   
   and indeed the whole dream is obviously about the future---the future like   
   the past will seem like other worlds.  Dropped into the future or the past   
   is a few times removed in strangeness from travelling to a different   
   country and culture.
