I think I know what you mean but you can clarify. Sometimes when I am
not very tired and i go to sleep I have dreams in which things are
almost blurry. Like I know who I am looking at but I'm not actually
looking at a detailed picture of their face. One solution I have found
to making this a full detailed lucid dream is "opening my eyes while I
am sleeping." I find that often when I have this blury type of dream,
I am dreaming that my eyes are closed. Sometimes it is not easy to
just open your eyes with your eye lid muscles while you are dreaming if
it is not totally lucid so you can try to open your eyes with your
hands. One danger I have had while I am not very tired though is that
if i make the dream too complicated I will sometimes wake up.
