I haven't tried any of those options, but probably I think a little more
about dreaming during the day than most other people. Perhaps that kind of
acts as of reality test. I don't have lucid dreams in the sense that I'm in
total control, but sometimes (once a week?) I realize that I'm dreaming and
try things out. Sometimes I can fly, sometimes not, or I get caught in
electric high voltage wires. So that is not total control. I have these
dreams mostly when I have difficulty sleeping and fall asleep after 4:00 am.
   Not to be recommended.
