   I use the binaural beats stuff occasionally, though I find it mostly   
   just makes me tired. Anyway, there are free products available on the   
   net too, so why don't you try them first. One is called Brainwave   
   Generator, and the other SBaGen. Both have presets for relaxation, sleep   
   induction, and obe and lucid dreaming too. Btw, remember to use   
   headphones, obviously .)

   I'd say just stop if you don't feel comfortable. Also, if you are prone   
   to seizures, any rhythmic cue might be dangerous.
