Mucking around with 'commands' is tricky and not terribly reliable.

Better is simply to practice the behaviours you want to discourage, and
not-practice the behaviours you want to encourage. So, (to use the smoking
example) if you use the dream as an opportunity to recreate a situation
where you would smoke, and then _not_ smoke, and arrange for some sort of
happy event in the dream as a reward for not smoking, you can retrain your
   habits that way.

Of course, in the case of a chemical dependancy, things get a bit tricky.
