   Many kabbalists practice lucid dreaming.  Lucid dreaming can be considered   
   an 'occult technology' - in much the same way as tarot cards and astrology   
   charts are occult technologies.  Different technologies are used for   
   different purposes.  Kabbalist theory can be used to form a theoretical   
   basis for understanding a wide range of phenomena, although it's not a   
   technology that I choose to use.  (I'm a Taoist, I use Taoist theory, among   
   others.)

   Definitions of the word 'natural' can be problematic, I think :)
