   I'm full of questions tonight.  I am sorry for swamping the newsgroup, but I   
   must ask, are there any CDs that anyone can recommend to me that I can put   
   on my headphones and listen to while falling asleep that might help me dream   
   lucidly or at least have more vivid dreams?  Music, sounds, or sound   
   waves/frequencies that might trigger certain areas of the brain?   
      
   I know about the NovaDreamer but I do not want to spend a whole lot of money   
   on this.
