   No, what I mean is I'm sure I could be concentrating on something more

   I've seen people smoking cigarettes laugh at the possibility of lung   
   cancer, too. I'm not worried about someone fasting, what stroke me was   
   that Ann seemed to be doing it without a clear plan and a time line.   
   One's health is too precious to be wasted by whimsy endeavours.

   If this is your opinion on the disease, I don't see a common ground for
