   Frustrating, when you discover something really useful to you and discover   
   that others don't share your enthusiasm, isn't it!  I've found that people   
   tend to be much more receptive to my ideas when they ask me what I think.   
   The disappointment of being asked only on rare occasions is made up for by   
   the great experiences I have with people that do ask.
