Closing me eyes in a dream was never really usefull since it's easier
for me to loose my awarness then... Reality check for me in a dream is
only a question of feeling. My practice is more about being aware during
the day (at all time), once I get aware in a dream I know it's a dream
just by being there. I think just feeling is enough of a reality check
   for me.
