Let your brain/mind affirm it's ability to lucid dream - simply       by accepting the fact that YOU can lucid dream - and allow yourself to       warm towards a feeling of pleasant anticipation. No hurrying. No       rushing. Just link the pleasant emotions with the affirmation that you       can lucid dream. Take this with you to sleep.              The combined power of will/emotion can be very strong.              This is by no means a 'complete' system - but for me, utilizing emotions       in this way is very useful. Hopefully this will be something that you       can add to your current routine(s).              Good luck, Lexx. The fact that you have detailed dream recall is very       encouraging.              TOAD              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
