   I'm not surprised because I don't think anything (denial, suppression,   
   analytical thought, lying, self-deception, whatever) is actually   
   impossible when dreaming, just more difficult. And typically, even more   
   difficult during a non-lucid dream than a lucid dream.   
      
   As someone said a while ago on this group (unless I dreamt it ;-))   
   dreaming is quite like being very drunk. It's very hard to be absolute   
   about what is or isn't possible.
