Hi! Stacey when you mentioned you will do other things than eat chocolate i
thought you ment spiritual work. But i am sorry, i never thought about
cheesecake. How stupid of me :0)

No i am not advanced at all. Just have read alot about it but practise to
learn how to explore it myself. Prejection is just astral projection. Robert
Bruce has some lessons about this - The climbing on a rope exercise.
And the Alpha, beta, Delta is just brainwaves - eeg. Correct me if i am
   wrong here.

I need to learn meditation to. I donīt like the kind of meditation where we
just concentrate on a mantra or things like that. It seems more like
brainwashing. Donīt remember the name of that kind of meditation but they
say it is the true thing Buddha used, about self awarness. Observing
ourself, our thoughts, feelings and so. Same with the outside world.

Perhaps concentration exercises like a mantra can help us reach the eeg
level we want. Read something about meditating on "i am" and turn our eyes
slightly upward. This would make us lose body awarness after a while.
Perhaps obe is possible from there.

Superman, you are aware all night? Even when you are not in rem state? That
is what i meant with meditation i think. Yes i agree with you that if we
decide what we want to dream then we must be aware and in a meditative state
   of mind.

   Best regards
