   I don't know, but to be on the safe side, I suggest treating dream   
   entities friendly. You should defend yourself if necessary, though; face   
   the dream monsters and defeat them if they attack, call for help if you   
   need it. I personally believe that dream entities are different sides of   
   your personality manifesting themselves, so the above approach makes   
   sense to me.

   Again, I don't know, but this might be possible. As with anything, I   
   think it's a good idea to give yourself a break from lucid dreaming now   
   and then, and let your dreams have their way.
