   A while ago I had a lucid dream. About 10 minutes(subjectively) into   
   it, I happened to look at my feet for some reason. On doing so, I had   
   a strong feeling of 'pins and needles' surging from my feet up to the   
   top of my head. At the same time the dream, which had been in black &   
   white was transformed into colour and instead of observing a dream I   
   was there! The experience was the same as everyday life, not a dream   
   state. At the end of it I was concious of falling back into my body. I   
   'woke up' with no apparent break in conciousness. Was this Astal   
   projection or something else?
